1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EcomProfit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description and Eligibility
EcomProfit is a web application for e-commerce campaign analytics, product-level profitability tracking, and reporting based on connected Shopify and Meta data. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
3. Account and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized account use.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Service relies on third-party platforms including Shopify and Meta. By connecting these services, you authorize EcomProfit to access relevant data and tokens needed to provide features.
- You represent that you have authority to connect and use those third-party accounts.
- Third-party APIs, terms, permissions, availability, and rate limits may affect Service behavior.
- We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.
5. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of your data and campaign inputs. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code, except where prohibited by law.
- Use the Service to infringe rights or process unlawful content.
7. Fees, Trials, and Billing
EcomProfit currently offers two plans: (a) Pro Monthly at USD 9/month and (b) Lifetime at USD 39 one-time payment.
Custom or Enterprise plans, if offered, are priced under a separate written order with pricing ranges and terms provided before purchase.
Pro Monthly includes a 14-day trial period. At the end of the trial, billing proceeds unless canceled before trial end. Lifetime is charged once at purchase and does not include a trial.
Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. One-time Lifetime purchases are not recurring.
Payment processing, tax handling, and invoicing are provided by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for transactions.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel an active subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Statutory withdrawal and cancellation periods include: 14 days for EU/EEA/Switzerland/United Kingdom consumers, 14 days for Turkey/Israel consumers, 7 days for South Korea/Brazil/China consumers, 7 days for Canada consumers, and 5 days for Singapore consumers, each from the transaction date where applicable.
Paddle may also issue discretionary refunds for requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
To request a refund, use your receipt's "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" links, or contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for security, legal, operational, or Terms violation reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination, access to some or all data may be limited or removed according to retention policies and legal requirements.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Analytics, forecasting, and financial outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, or data arising from or related to your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcomProfit and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
